Our Methodology 

Surmount Impelling Success has a unique way of conducting the psychometric test. We do not go by the online assessment method rather we want the assessments to be more real and practical. All the above mentioned psychometric test will be conducted by

  • Experiential Learning(assessment/evaluation)
  • Paper Pencil Test

Though this methodology involves more time than the online assessments but the results are trustworthy. Our assessments focuses on on all 3 aspects of an individual such as Thought, Emotion and Behavior, thus helps to bring about a complete positive change.
